064: Top Regrets
I recently stumbled upon some research exploring the common regrets of the dying.
(Here's more, if you're interested.)
The findings suggest that we should:
- Be much kinder to ourselves
- Worry less about judgment from others
- Express our feelings openly and more often
- Connect deeply with friends and loved ones
- Work way less than we do

How might we design a world where these qualities are encouraged, rewarded, and accessible to far more people?
