Hands are essential. It's worth training them in specific, regular ways. Get creative!

Unless you're a surgeon, rock climber, musician, grappler, massage therapist, carpenter, magician etc, you may not think about training wrists or fingers directly.

I think most people would benefit from more intentional training in this area.
