Here are some of my go-to calisthenics exercises. No special equipment needed.

I use this series as a general warmup.
Or as a short mobility workout.

  • Side skipping
  • Grapevine (karaoke)
  • Backwards run
  • Butt kicks
  • Pigeon / hip stretch
  • Toe walks
  • Heel walks
  • Skipping (front)
  • Skipping (long strides)
  • Knee circles - internal rotation
  • Knee circles - external rotation
