- Reach your left arm out, palm facing up. In this space, imagine your past.
- Reach your right arm out to the opposite side. In this space, imagine your future.
- Slowly bring your hands together, but stop before the palms touch. This is your present.
Take a moment. Just be still. See what you notice.
