This is a guided mindfulness exercise.

A way to visualize your past and future.
Coming together in the present.

No special skills or space required.
Modify as you wish!

Directions (written) 📃

  1. Reach your left arm out, palm facing up. In this space, imagine your past.
  2. Reach your right arm out to the opposite side. In this space, imagine your future.
  3. Slowly bring your hands together, but stop before the palms touch. This is your present.

Take a moment. Just be still. See what you notice.
